Skim & Empty Baskets
Surface debris is cleared and both the skimmer basket and pump strainer basket are emptied to maintain full flow to the filtration system.
Brush Walls, Steps & Waterline
Every surface is brushed — walls, steps, corners and the waterline. This prevents biofilm, algae and scale from establishing on surfaces where filters can't reach.
Vacuum the Floor
Settled dust and debris on the pool floor are vacuumed out — the primary cause of cloudy water when left unaddressed in Dubai's sandy environment.
Test Water Chemistry
We test free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, stabilizer and calcium hardness using calibrated equipment. No guesswork — just accurate readings every time.
Dose Chemicals
Based on the test results and your pool's volume, we add the correct amounts of chlorine, pH adjusters and other balancing agents. Safe for swimmers, gentle on equipment.
Inspect Equipment
Pump operation, filter pressure, heater/chiller, chlorinator, timers and all valves are checked. We catch problems early — before a small fault becomes a costly breakdown.
Submit Written Report
You receive a full written report after every visit: water readings, chemicals dosed, tasks completed, faults found, and any recommendations. Complete transparency.
