What's Included in Every Clean
Every Al Bustan cleaning visit covers the full scope — nothing is skipped, nothing is extra-charged.
Surface Skimming
All floating leaves, insects and debris are cleared from the water surface and from inside every skimmer and pump basket.
Floor Vacuuming
Manual or robotic vacuuming removes all settled dust, dirt and fine debris from the pool floor — the area most visible when the water is clear.
Wall & Tile Brushing
Walls, steps, corners and the waterline are brushed to prevent biofilm and scale from taking hold — stopping algae before it starts.
Chemical Testing & Dosing
We test chlorine, pH, total alkalinity and calcium hardness, then dose accordingly. Correct chemistry keeps swimmers safe and equipment healthy.
Pump & Filter Check
We check filter pressure, pump flow and circulation every visit. Catching issues early prevents costly breakdowns in the Dubai heat.
Written Visit Report
You receive a report after every single visit — water readings, chemicals used, what was cleaned and any issues found. Full accountability.
How Often Should You Clean?
Dubai's climate — intense heat, dust and high UV — degrades water quality faster than most places. Here's our guidance:
Weekly
Recommended for most residential pools. A weekly visit keeps water chemistry stable, prevents algae and removes debris before it settles.
Best for: Villas, townhouses, moderate use
Twice Weekly
Essential during summer months (May–October) when heat accelerates chemical consumption, or for pools with high bather loads or heavy dust exposure.
Best for: Heavy use, summer months, commercial pools
Problems We Fix
Recognise any of these? A regular clean prevents all of them.
Cloudy or Murky Water
Usually caused by poor filtration, low circulation time, or an imbalanced chemical mix. A visit from our team clears it within hours.
Green Water & Algae
Low sanitizer levels plus warm Dubai temperatures create perfect algae conditions. We shock-treat, brush and vacuum to restore clarity — typically within 24 hours.
Scale on Tiles & Equipment
When pH drifts too high, calcium precipitates onto surfaces and inside equipment. Regular brushing and correct pH management stop scale before it becomes a costly problem.
Strong Chlorine Smell
Paradoxically, that strong "chlorine" smell means the water is poorly balanced — not over-chlorinated. Proper chemical management eliminates it entirely.
